Pardon me if my momentary lament has been heard before, but I can’t say it enough: Why is it so difficult to decide what to do with the rest of your life? Or at least, what you are the best at and want to make a living by doing? Such is the common sentiment shared by multiple people either in school, those just graduated, or far and past from it. The Art of Patience

This month I would like to discuss a little bit about what it is like to be an individual who lives independently (while working part-time) and managing a crew of PCAs. I personally don’t like the term ‘PCA,’ so let’s go with the word ‘assistant.’ As you can imagine, there is a lot of coordinating involved in my life.
